Winter storage

Outdoor furniture can be left outside all year round but is best stored in a dry, cool and well-ventilated area during the colder months of the year. If this is not possible, make sure they are under some form of shelter such as a roof or furniture cover to protect them from the elements. If you use furniture covers, make sure there is an air gap between the cover and the furniture to allow air to circulate and prevent moisture from being trapped.
 

Just like when you set up your outdoor furniture, it is important that it is cleaned and allowed to dry properly when it is stored for the winter.
 

Brafab aluminium and steel outdoor furniture has drainage holes in the legs and frames and therefore should not be stored upside down as water can collect and lead to frost cracking if it stays inside instead of draining out.
 

And when the happy day comes to take it out in the spring, don't forget to check all the screws and tighten them if necessary.
